There is no exhaustive list of offenses or irregularities that can be the subject of whistleblowing. Relevant reports concern behaviors, risks, crimes, or irregularities that harm public and/or private interests.
Within the reporting form, you will find a list of topics; please select one of these. For further details, you can refer to the regulations.
Whistleblowing does not concern the personal complaints of the whistleblower, usually governed by other procedures.
Reported illicit conduct must involve situations of which the whistleblower has come directly or indirectly, even incidentally, to know, by virtue of the employment relationship and the role held.
Reports based on suspicion or gossip cannot be considered worthy of protection, as it is necessary to consider the interests of the third parties mentioned in the report and, at the same time, avoid the administration or the organization carrying out internal inspections that may be of little use and, in any case, costly.
Finally, the requirement of the truthfulness of the facts remains to protect the reported individual.
